No — you remain the owner and final decision-maker on all major matters. We handle day-to-day operations, but you set the rules: pet policy, minimum stay, blocked dates, and pricing floors.
We primarily work with Airbnb and VRBO, but can also set up and manage direct booking channels and other platforms depending on your market.
Our fee is a percentage of gross rental revenue (before platform fees). We only earn when you earn — so our incentive is always to maximize your occupancy and nightly rate.
We coordinate all maintenance with vetted, pre-approved vendors. For damage, we assist with Airbnb AirCover claims and document issues thoroughly. We also recommend supplemental STR insurance.
Yes — turnover cleaning is coordinated as part of our service and can be provided by our in-house team or a vetted partner. Cleaning fees collected from guests offset the cost.
Most properties are fully onboarded within 7–10 business days, including listing optimization and first-guest readiness. Rush onboarding may be available depending on capacity.
