2. Services
ValueFirst Property Services provides home staging, STR/Airbnb co-hosting, residential and commercial cleaning, and landscaping services. Specific terms for each engagement are established in a separate service agreement.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Service appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur fees.
5. Property Access & Liability
You grant us permission to access your property to perform agreed services. We carry general liability insurance and take reasonable care of your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of ValueFirst Property Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueFirst Property Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
